Shipping

We at GameOn take pride in the prompt delivery of all items purchased from us. All orders will be promptly shipped within two (2) business days after payment is made. We offer the following shipping option:

POS Laju (1-2 business days, require signature)

POS Laju (also known as EMS) combines the best of both POS Ekspres and POS Daftar. A tracking number will be sent via email after shipping and you can track it here. A person needs to be present at the delivery address to sign-off on the package upon delivery.

FREE Shipping:

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.

Starting from 9th April 2013, GameOn.com.my offers free shipping via POS Laju on all domestic orders (including East Malaysia), with no minimum order or conditions.

Delivery Lead Time:

All orders before 12pm on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders after 12pm cut off time will be shipped out the next business day.

FREE Returns:

Free returns is applicable to domestic orders only. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange within (7) days, provided that the products are in its original, unused, sealed and saleable condition and are accompanied by an original receipt.

You may also return a product if:
- it is defective, this includes damages sustained during shipping
- the wrong product was delivered

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. Therefore, all return shipping charges will be credited to you in the form of store credit.
