Job Description
- The Customer Care Representative position offers a true ground floor opportunity for experienced, empathetic, dependable, team-oriented customer service professionals to join our exciting, fast growing company. Using creative, 'out of the box' thinking, this person will do whatever it takes to exceed customers' expectations and deliver a truly remarkable service experience. Only individuals with outstanding work ethics, strong verifiable references and "customer-first" mind-sets need apply, as only the "best of the best" candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Resolve 12-15 customer calls/emails per hour related to products offered on website
- Investigate and resolve account-specific issues related to order shipments
- Assist in the development of department methods and procedures
- Process customer orders by phone
- Communicate website issues to IT team as necessary for quick resolution
- Report all product and service-related trends to the Customer Care Manager
- Generate Return Authorizations and/or claims as necessary
- Assist in the fulfilment of periodic marketing promotions
- Other general administrative duties (e.g., filing, data entry, etc.) as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience providing exceptional customer service required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays (there will be overtime opportunities)
- Must be able to write and speak good English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese

Job Description
- The Graphics and Content Designer oversees the front-end user experience and produce highly thoughtful designs for a wide range of on-site promotional and merchandising projects. If you desire to work in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment then we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Produce a wide variety of designs to satisfy consumer-driven Merchandising projects as well user interface design solutions, including brand and promotional banners across multiple placements, interface elements, mock-ups, logos, etc.
- Successfully manage on-site promotional schedule and creative assets from concept to completion, leverage and maintain the brand essence and produce high quality creative work.
- Must present, rationalize and articulate design ideas and decisions effectively
- Able to work flexibly and quickly without sacrificing a consistently high level of attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3 + years of commercial graphic design with at least 1 year designing for e-Commerce and must be a strong conceptual thinker.
- Experience developing logos and icons; familiarity with print production process is also desirable
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and have an intermediate understanding of graphic and web design principles and of current web technologies (html, css)

- Must be a strong communicator able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines and have a positive attitude

- The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for managing marketing initiatives for GameOn.com.my, including corporate sales, customer acquisition and retention, with key objectives to attract new customers, reduce attrition, and maximize share of wallet.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute acquisition marketing campaigns—including online (search, affiliate, banner) and offline channels (print, TV, direct mail)
- Perform marketing campaign analysis to identify most efficient channels and vehicles, and segment based on quality of customers acquired
- Plan and execute Email Marketing campaigns, including testing and analysis
- Plan and implement delivery of targeted offers to reduce attrition and drive purchase of higher margin products
- Support development and implementation of other retention programs, including rewards program and relationship-building efforts
- Manage and optimize Pay-per-click Search Marketing to drive both acquisition and retention
Basic Qualifications
- We are looking for an individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that requires strategic thinking, outstanding analytical capabilities, creativity, and a desire to roll up your sleeves and get things done. The successful candidate will have at least 3 plus years of previous experience in marketing or strategy roles. Experience in direct marketing and online/e-commerce marketing is preferred.

Job Descriptions
- A Fulfilment Specialist performs various manual labour tasks including, but not limited to box making, labelling, picking/packing orders, tape/dunnage, shipping /receiving, palletizing product, manually load trailers and replenishing. The Fulfilment Specialist is responsible to maintain accuracy, quality, and meet or exceed productivity quotas while performing these tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- Maintain quality standards as required by the management team
- Meet productivity requirements as required.Ability to work overtime as needed
- Maintain an exceptionally clean and safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Continuous walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and handling
- Ability to select orders and replenish stock
- Ability to identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to customer orders, bill of lading, manifest, packing lists, stock receipts, and customer labels
- Must possess organizational and problem solving skills
- Experience in the use of computerized inventory controls systems
- Communicates with supervisors, associates, and courier driver.
